Love ?

     I like Rihanna. I hear her song some times. I'm somewhat interested in meaning that words in her song. “Love the way you lie” is famous song. I like its melody. I wanted to know meaning of wards so I look up it in a computer. I thought that it is actually a hard love song. It will appeal to the young people of today. Rihanna sings “That’s alright because I love the way you lie. I love the way you lie.” It is strange for me. I don’t want to be told a lie for a person who I love. That type of love is difficult.

Bamboo shoot!

     I had a class in Friday. The class is a literary world of the U.K. It is small class. I sat next at Mako. She is my pleasant friend. I have an appointment to eat out with her on Monday. I can hardly wait for it. I like eating out. Today, I went to an Italian restaurant with my mother. We ate fresh pasta and it was very good! It had many spring vegetables. For example, butterbur scapes, bamboo shoots. I don’t know how to say “Takenoko” in English. I learned it now! I used it next opportunity! I want to know more wards that I can use.

Letter for host family

How do you do. My name is Rena. I live in Kumamoto, Japan. I study English in KGU. Though this is my second time going overseas. I am very excited to see and learn a different culture though you and other people I may meet. I have lived in France when was ten years old. The chance was valuable for me. Foreign countries have a lot of different culture. I want to touch different cultures. I regret not having studied harder before I lived in France. Now, I study English because I want to talk to many foreign people. So thank you very much for accepting me. I am looking forward to meeting you and experiencing a lot of things in your beautiful country. Although I am not so good with English. I will do my best to improve and I am preparing hard to be able to communicate with you.

Let me introduce myself. There are four people in my family. My hobby is playing the acoustic guitar. My father teaches me how to play the guitar. I began it recently and I practiced a song which is named “Wings to Fly”. It is a very clear song. The first time I sang the song, I joined the chorus club. When I was a junior high school student, I was in the club. I like to sing songs very much. I was enrolled in a local chorus group. The group has a lot of interesting performances like dancing and other actions. We presented some musicals. After I entered high school, I joined the drama club. We shot original short movies. In other activities, we had four performances. My favorite character is “strawberry princess”. The character is very cute and cheerful. I learned to have a supple mind for the role. I want to put my experience in the drama club to immediate account for my home stay.
