MR02-02 Drumline

 

I watched the movie which is named Drumline. I had not known about the drum line. It is very active music. It is so cool and looks difficult. The movie made by Charles Stone III. He had another movie MR 3000. I have never watched that movie. I look for it on the internet so I know that it is a baseball story. Drumline is fun and my heart fluttered with excitement. I think that the movie is interesting too. I am going to look for it next time.

 

 The story is fresh. The main character’s name is Devon Miles. He is just in the spring of life now. He likes drums very much. He is genius in music. I thought that he is slovenly. He had been and messed up their performance. He did something by egotistic al first. He is genius but he did not know the word “partnership”.

 

 Sean Taylor is the section leader of drumline. When I saw the movie, I sometimes feel like crying because I sympathize with him. He is not a genius but he has pride as a senior. He could not lose his prestige. Devon’s impudent behavior is not good. I understood his feeling. If you devoted yourself to club activities, you had experienced such things.

 

 I like Laila. She is cute and sexy. I yearn for her proportions. She is good at dancing. I do not like dancing. When I was junior high school students, my teacher told me to listen to the music carefully in the P.E. I am not good at sports. I want to dance like her at once. She stays calm whatever may happen. Devon and Laila are a fitting couple for me.

 

 I have a favorite scene. It is Dr. Lee’s words. “We all lose track of things sometimes.” Life is like everything else. A Human often forgets when he has no time to think about other things at present. Then you must have the person who is noticed to you and you trust. You cannot only deny things. You must acknowledge each other's existence and also each other’s actions. If you and your rival are join forces to overcome the difficulties, you can see the power you have never seen.

My favorite color

I like pink and brown. I cannot choose which do I like the best. Pink is so cute. I like it since I was child. My treasure is pink star. My mother gives me when I was about five years old. I lost it now but I remember it. I like brown too. I have many brown closes. I often buy the color. I have a lot of brown bags. I like gharry stile. When I look over my room, I can fide many pink things and brown things. The curtain the mirror, the bed cover and desk cover are pink. But I do not have any pink closes. I like red recently. I am college student so I have no time to wear the closes. I had had pink when I was elementary school student.

My favorite drink

My favorite drink is peach tea. I have a special drink in France. It is very good. When I visited to France, I drank every day. It is not so sweet. It is easy to drink. When I was child, I often brought it to my school. It is bought anywhere in Europe. I bought it in London in this summer. I like tea too. I did not drink a cup of tea since I visited France. In this trip, I drank it every morning so I became to like it. I bought it there shop. I like green tea too. I like cool green tea better than hot green tea. I am not good at drink hot drink but in winter I want to drink hot drink. I like to drink the green tea in Japanese apricot. It is so good. My grandfather also likes it.

My favorite dessert

My favorite dessert is Japanese cakes. I like dango very much! It is healthier than cakes. It is beautiful and small. If I eat it, I am happy. When I lived in France, I could not eat Japanese cake. (But there are some Japanese cake shops and my mother cooked it sometimes. I ate it rather than now.) When I returned from France to Japan, I ate delicious Japanese cakes so I have too weight. There is a good Japanese cakes shop near my school so I often buy it. I put on weight. I had a difficult it. There are many good tastes in Japan. I want to increase the kind of sweet which I cook. I am going to make mitarashi dango next Sunday.

BR02-03 The Gingerbread Man

“Run, run, as fast as you can you can’t catch me I’m the gingerbread man!” (p.17)

 

I choose the book because I had read the story look like the running story. The book has the characters for example, a little old woman, a little old man and the fox. In Japan, we often say fox is liar. I thought that the fox is said badly in other country. It is interesting for me. The ginger man is so cute and I am sad to be eaten by fox. The little old grandparents does not have child. They might feel sad. These stories were read by young children in foreign country. I am going to look for similar story in the library.
